Before and After s10thst
Take a look at a job we did last week in Clear Lake, Iowa on South 10th Street.

Our customer had a deficient grade (negative slope-towards foundation) on the prevailing-storm side of their home. Rainwater always pooled against the foundation and eventually soaked in/came into the basement.

We tore out the overgrown landscaping. Then we added BLACK topsoil (good for flowers and plants—we NEVER use fill or clay as one never knows when the customer may add some flowers…). This corrected the grade so rainwater flows away from the foundation. After that, we re-landscaped the area for a new and much cleaner look.

What started out as a “wet basement job” ended up as a upgraded landscaping job as well. We killed two birds with one call! Much less consumer effort! No trying to schedule two different companies and wait weeks (or longer) between their work, or have one company’s broken promises effect the timeliness of the second company. In and out and DONE in ONE DAY.
